HELP!! cant open up forums.steroid.com for a week at a time sometimes!!!

hey guys i have a really anoying problem thats been going on for over 2 months now and gradually got worse. i will try to open up this site and all it says is cannot open page, it only happens to this site and when it happens it can go on for over a week (a week with no steroid.com ) somtimes it only happens for a few days and then it will work for a few days, it's very tempramental.
it's really starting to get to me cause this is my favourite web site and the one that i used to visit the most until all this started happeneing.
i use iprimus broadband and have 3 computers running off of the connection, when this problem is happening i cant open the site with any of the computers but i can go down the road to an internet cafe and get straight on.
i am not that good with technical types of problems like this, if anyone could offer some help it would be greatly appreciated.
by the way if i dont reply it's not because im being rude it just means that i cant get onto the site again

First thing I would do is clear your DNS cache. Go to: Start - Run - type in "cmd" and press OK. Now you're at a DOS prompt. At the DOS prompt, type the following command and then press enter:

C:>ipconfig/flushdns

This will clear all DNS cache entries from your PC. Try your URL once again. Let me know what happens.

If you can't access the site on any machines in your home it sounds like maybe the problem is your ISP. They might be censoring it, though that's unlikely. You can try going to a dos prompt (Start -> run -> type "cmd") then typing in "ping forums.steroid.com" If it times out, it's your internet connection.

thnaks for the replys guys, this is the 1st time i have been able to get back here since i started this thread.
i cleared the DNS cache and pinged this site it said request timed out but then all this connection and reply info came back on the dos screen, im not the best at understanding that stuff.

this happened to me, i deleted all cookies and temp ie files then rebooted and voila.

Yeah same thing happened to me getting into hot mail. I just cleared all the cookies and I was back
