Just got my bloodwork back from the Doctor.. - Smart Responses Please

    Ok heres the story.

I went to the doctor to get a full physical because I just wanted to make sure I wasn't killing my body with the way I'm eating and the way I lift. Im on no AAS and currently dont take any supplements besides Whey Protein. So this is the interesting part, I get my results back and everything is 100 percent fine except for two things. My iron levels and Ferretin levels were a bit high which has to do with liver production and my doctor is attributing it to my protein intake, which is anywhere from 180-200 grams a day as I'm currently cutting 5'10 178. This is the biggest thing that came out of the results. Normal testosterone levels for my age range from 50-210(wide gap, not sure why). My testosterone levels were a staggering 15 points lower at 35 which could potentially explain why my personality is the way it is, and the results I see in the gym arent adequate with my strength. I have an appointment with an endocrinologist to explain this and it can result in a series of shots. So guys what is this going to to for me in the gym and in my everyday naturally.

Im not using this as a reason to get on or attain juice. Im basically saying since my test levels were most likely low my whole life, wouldnt it make sense that since Ive been training ive been at a disadvanatge since my levels are that of a normal 19 year old. Now with what ever the doctor will do, wouldnt it also make sense that alot of things would change as a result?

Correct me If wrong, but wouldnt this stop or decrease ur own test production??

Have you tried doing it Naturally? using trib, Maca, maybe go drugs and do some HCG+Nolva for a while?

You're definitely not going to get any big doses but you will get enough to put you in the normal range. My friend has been diagnosed with low test for years and has been on test therapy for this. Now, he does also supplement with his own gear but one big advantage is that he has a legal script for test. At least you will always know you are taking a legit compound.

The biggest changes you will see, IMO will be just in quality of life, not so much gains in the gym. Better mood, better outlook and a more positive feel on things. I really don't think you will see a huge change in the weight room other than possibly more focus and energy.

Yeah, if you are going to just use the doses administered by your doctor he's right. Don't expect a big change in the gym but you most likely will notice a big change in mood and self confidence.

Yah I dont plan on taking anything except for what the doctor is going to prescribe for me. He said it will either be a series of shots for now and maybe orals to take with me when I get back to school. When I was reading about the condition I have and the treatmant that is used to fix it it basically describes me in a nutshell. It just consists of things like, mood swings, agression(which is weird considering your test levels are lower, and extra fat storages. It said that when the series of shots began to take effect its almost immediate and you also lose a substantial amount of bodyfat as well.

It was simple bloodwork. My insurance is under my mom and its GHI. The copayment was 15 dollars I believe. And Chest, with any indication you think its low, in ur mood, energy anything go and get it checked.

You will probably go on a TRT program. check the board for HRT and TRT programs in a differnt section. At almost 40, I have been on one for over a year at 200 mgs a week.
I dotn get huge or anythig but has got me back to normal range (was 125 a year ago and 904 as of a week ago). I feel better than ever and can lift and eat again.
Will make it nice to sub in some AAS since it will ease coming off of a few cycles and the heavy need for PCT. Will still need it but not nearly to the same degree for test at least.

    Good luck at the endo...

Well ive battled a bit of bulge my entire life, only 19 but was overweight from 16 and under. One of the effects I read it gives you is an increase in Muscle and LBM while there is a bit of reduction in bodyfat. I dont know if you were ever chunky or if it was ever hard for you to maintain a constant weight but maybe this can help me out in that aspect.
