    people who try to de-rail you

    After a couple months of cutting (following the cutting sticky) I'm starting to really see some results. I love it! I've lost a little muscle but everyone thinks I'm bigger now becuase of the definition. I don't know if it's out of jealousy or intimidation or what but it seems people want you to fail. At work they know I'm dieting and they constantly are pushing donuts, pastries, and shit in your face. "come on, come on, just one!" If it's not food it's them begging you to drink after work every night. Some actually get mad if you turn it down.
    I wouldn't push cigarettes on someone trying to quit, WTF? You hear the comments like..." yeah, I'm fat but at least I'm happy"...Who the F is fat and happy? They wear cutoff sleeveless shirts thinking they're badass with the pregnant beergut going on and non-existant arms while they talk shit about you ordering a chicken salad instead of a triple cheeseburger. One of the fatasses actually joined my gym. I think he went 4 times before he quit. They go in and see guys 1/2 their size lifting twice the weight and get a wakeup call. When you're eating strict you really start to notice the complete shit other people eat all day. It's amazing the human body can take it.

    lol i know what you mean...people tell me "why do you always 'diet' , you already lost so much weight"

    but as far as noticing what other people eat... you may notice it and think they are eating complete shti...but all i can think is

    It's the same at my work. This guy always bakes shvt and brings it in and sends out an e-mail inviting everyone to come and get some.. I've asked him to take me off the e-mail several times but he doesn't respect the fact taht I'm dieting. In fact everyone laughs at the fact that I bring my lunches and comments that I have a lot of tupperware etc.

    They think that because I'm not fat I shoudln't be dieting so I get flamed a lot.. I just laugh it off though becasue they don't really understand. They don't work out and they don't know what it takes to reach goals they don't know about or could contemplate.

    I know a lot of people on here go through the same thing, and it really sucks, but unfortunately it will probably always be that way. The good news is, it will makes us stronger people in the long run...

    I love to see them wanna cry when you shove your pictures/body in their faces and all the others stare in amazement.

    Funny thing is two of the guys who used to try to get me go out drinking with them now call me all the time asking if they can join my gym and workout w/ me.

    I wonder why it's so important to other people that we drink and party... my friends are weird like that too.. they'll say, "aren't you even gonna have one drink?...it is a party." It's so weird. And then they get mad, they say they just want me to have a good time but I already am.. and if I weren't I wouldn't be there anyway... and I certainly don't have a good time when they get mad that I won't drink... bah well

    I agree 110%...all my friends now better, and the ones that come around and dont know better, my friends tell them before i even get a chance too...

    Liek you guys i am under constant attack from home (not anymore, thank goodness), work and even school about my eating habits. I am told not to eat so much porotein becuase it is 'bad for your kidneys' or not to eat almonds/peanuts/tuna because of some lame ignorant reason or hte other.

    I am also constnatly told that i am small and weak by this guy who is fat and has a poor diet that i am small and weak - the only reason his weights are bigger than mine because he is 6'3" 250 lbs 20% bodyfat. i stand 5'8" 190 lbs 15%b/f. The guy is complete show off and doesnt know when the shut up.

    its not like his weights are much greater than mine either but he doesnt shut up. All i do is just not listen to him and think of something else when i m around this guy.

    i think in any case u should always call people on there sh$t.dont let people make u choose to feel a certain way.i make it a point to let people know how i feel and in a nice way let them know that im no f%$king around that stops all further bs
