    Calves

I love to be sore but yesterday i got a hardcore calve, one like never before and today i really cant walk and am very uncomfortable. Do you think is there any thing that hurts more than calves

Calves are always a killer when they are sore, but so are abs when they are very sore. Your entire midsection aches!

Every once in a while i'll wake up in the morning and stretch and all of a sudden i get this insane cramp in my calf to where i cant walk or even move my leg. I dont know why this happens but it hurts like hell.

when i work out chest - i have to struggle to make turns with my car

when i work back - well a sore back is terrible!

when i work legs - the hours following are brutal
the days after are so bad that i cant walk up stairs and i have people tell me - you work out so much but you're too weak to walk up stairs

    it's all worth it

Had this happen to me and my lil' 140lb 5'5" Japanese friend was giving me so much shit about it. He started wrestling me and was giving me a hard time. I had done chest and back the day before and shoulders and arms that day. I was at his mercy. It took every ounce of energy I had to defend myself. "You workout so much and you still week!" he said.

the worst is when you've had a tough leg day and you have to drive a truck home w/ a clutch, your legs are shaking trying to engage the clutch like some truck driver who took too much speed to stay awake. I used to have a Jeep that I put a new clutch in, it was tighter and harder to push down than normal, it was always fun driving it home after a hard leg day, hahahaha.

Not really but i have muscles in my calve area that i don't see on alot of ppl.. it kinda looks cool.

Try changing up your work out. Maybe your hitting one side harder than the other - do different types of calf exercises.

Yeah, try toes in days and toes out days. Slow and controlled. Really make that mind muscle connection.

I thought of this thread this morning when I woke up. Prob the most intense leg day I've had in 6 months.
