It's nice to see motivation/determination when there's not much left you can do with your life.
Stronger than me both mentally and physically

Ok, for everybody who can only bench 200 lbs and thinks they need to do a cycle, watch that video. I'm willing to bet that all of those guys are drug free, use zero to a minimal amount of supplements and/or vitamins, and cannot eat as proper as you or I.

alot of talk about cutting out weight training in prisons. it is now thought that th weights only make the prisoners harder to handle and more aggressive, i say bullshit on that, yes it makes them stronger, but it is a positive thing and it increase ther motivation, sets goals, increases there endorphin levels and seratonin so they feel better and gives them a purpose. these people have had alot of there freeoms taken from them, and it is probably well deserved, but to take the weights from them is to much. if the guards are concerned about the prioners becomeing to strong, maybe they should start to lift too instead of eating donuts and getting fat

Good video, yeah If I was a guard, I'd be hitting the weights daily. I would want every guy to think twice about trying me.

my buddy did some time, they had no weights. You wouldnt believe the creative shit he would do to lift. He told me he used toilet paper roll holders(they were metal) and attached laundry sacks w/ books in them for weight to make his own dumbbells. They would wrap a towel around each others chest, they'd push down on each others backs during pushups for resistance, and then when the guy hit failure, they'd pull on the towel(which wrapped under the guys chest) to help him do more forced reps. They'd do inverted pushups for shoulders, towel pulls for back, as well as towel movements for tris and bis. The guy still does towel movements every now and again, and his arms are ****ing huge, probably 22"
