Athletes foot and Jock Itch
never had either of them in my life. all the sports ive played never got it.. well now not only do i got one but i got both! WTF is that about.. what kinda luck do i have. most ironic part about it is that i have been very inactive over teh last 3 months because of my knee surgery......

Jock itch. - thats sounds gross..

actually the jock itch isnt as gross as the athletes foot. jock itch is just like small red rash on the upper thigh from sweating.. lol i know it sounds gross.. i got some stuff called lamisil AT...hope it works..

its for both. the bacteria from athletes foot and jock itch is the same. i read online that i prolly got the athletes foot from scratching the jock itch then touching my feet..lol...

Just got over a bad case of Jock itch myself man. The over the counter stuff did nada, so had to see the doc for it. Gave me some stuff that cleared it up in 2 weeks.

hint...even after it goes away and is no longer noticable ...continue to use the cream for about a week after so it completely goes away.

Best cure for that is vinegar. Dilute with warm water about 2 parts water to 1 part vinegar and soak. Best to use distilled white vineger . . .
If you have any cuts, it'll sting a little bit.
Cures nail fungus, too, although it takes about a year to work (20 minute soaks every day)

I'm prone to fungal issues for some reason. Lamisil AT will do the trick. If it's real bad you can go to the doc and get Lamisil in a pill form.
