well, i have kind of lost touch what it feels like to have feelings for a girl, so cant think of any good advice apart from just go with the flow. in a cold outlook from my viewpoint, id rationalise it this way: the one girl is in rehab, so has/will have issues. the new girl possibly doesnt, and will therefore provide you with less drama in theory

Do you still talk to the one in rehab? Most rehab places that I've known people to go to tell you if your not in a serious relationship they advise you to get out of it and concentrate on getting your life together before dragging more into it. But then again, I don't know the extent of the rehab she's in.
I dated two girls at once for a while. It was nice until I went to the bar with one and the other showed up on her girls night out. It was at a place she had never been so I didnt expect to run into her. I got out of there without it becoming a mess but both relationships stopped shortly after. Ah well

In my experience....if you "like" two girls at the same time and are hanging out with both of them, you probably dont REALLY like them, at least not as much as you think you do. Most of these feelings of infatuation or attraction or whatever the F you wanna call it lol are simply coming from the excitement and newness of it all and the excitement of possibly getting caught. If you TRULY liked/cared about either of them, you would only want to be with that respective girl and forget about the other, but you obviously do not, therefore, my conclusion brings me to telling you to PLAY THAT SHIT OUT as long as possible. Keep it under wraps, and have fun. You may get caught, you may not, but if you do, it's really not that big of a deal b/c like I said you dont REALLY like them as much as you may think and you will therefore, get over them very quickly if one finds out. And shit, most likely BOTH wont find out, therefore if one does, jsut play it out with the other until things dwindle, dont worry about it now. If you don't get caught, one will weed themself out eventually and you will see that you really didnt like her anyways, matter of fact, both probably will eventually weed themselves out. Look bro, hate to break it to you but you need to drop the girl in rehab. If you find my thread about my breakup with my ex-girlfriend of nearly 6 years you'll understand why. You cannot change a person, and you're only wasting valuable time by trying. One thing I think that is critical for you to understand that is even after she comes out of rehab she is a DRUG ADDICT, and she will be a drug addict for the rest of her entire life. It does not matter whether she stays clean for 1, 2, 5, or 10 years, being a drug addict is part of her personality forever. Unfortunately, "relapse is part of recovery," an associate of my moms is a doctor with a specialization in addiction, he runs a meth clinic. He said the MINIMUM amount of times that the majority of addicts will go through rehab before staying clean for a substantial amount of time (years) is 7 times. My ex-g/f recently chose drugs over our relationship and its a very painful thing, to one watch the girl that you love with everything you have lose interest in you because she wants to snort powder up her nose, and two to watch a girl you love and want the best for flush her entire life down the drain.
The addiction is something I'm sure this girl will battle for many many years to come. If you're a young guy like me you will realise that you will only be wasting your most valuable years on someone you cannot change. Best of luck to you man in whatever decision you make, because honestly I know how I am, and I never listened to anyone. Good luck bro...
