i train 3days a week when bulking
4days a week when cutting

i was training 5 times a week up until about 2 weeks ago, have switched it to 4 days a week now, just weights. then when i cut, il likely keep the split the same, but adding cardio every morning for 5 days a week

Last 2 wks, 0 starting back tomorrow, heat or not! (not blaming heat, I got lazy and the heat just gave me that extra "push" to slack off (I ate a whole box of chocolate donuts the other night.)
