1000$ per taxpayer, per year we've been there, a negligible amount. you're a broke ass motherfucker if that's all you pay in taxes. alot of that money goes back into the economy as well, into the pockets of americans like youself, so even that figure is over exagerated.

it is true and for anyone who has every truly studies the tax structure, monetary system, inflation etc know that there is no such things as a law that say you have to pay income tax. let me re-phrase...there are a few occupations that have to pay tax and I won't get into those. Fact of thematter is that there is no such thing and american's are strong armed into believing there is. there are also loop holes that the creatures from jekyl island made when they developed the sceme in which they have a loop hole for protecting their assets while the avg citizens pays through the ass.

sheep following the flock and this is what htey instill in everyone's mind. not true. paying taxes...how about this one: inflation. no it's not dollar for dollar: I mean 1930's money and income in what it got you is not the same dollar for dollar if that makes sense. inflation is th hidden tax that burdens the entire country.

this is a hot topic andone which i have been studying. you'd be amazed at what truly exists. my belief is that if it can't be backed by gold and a solid system that it's doomed for failure. then again this in my mind will eventually lead to a one world monetary system and then it gets biblical and fulfills prophecy. everyone's heard of hte mark of the beast...well if it becomes a 1 world currency hopefully you get the point.

in fact there are recent supreme court rulings that are revealing these facts and although many are going punished...no direct authority, leader, politician, judge etc is admitting or directly answering this question as to whether there is a law that says you have to pay incom tax. these supreme court rulings are moving in favor of individuals who know what to look for and are being given ammunition to help there fight. I can go on and on and this is a very hot topic. it's the greatest scam in history.

the income tax law of 1913 was passed on christmas eve when over 1/2 to a 1/3 of congress was away...the man who declared the law to be in effect and passed retired.
the income tax law when filing a return voids your 5th amendment right ans is therefore unconstitutional
the gov't is refuising the petitions for re-dress to verify this amendment.
the 1040 cfn # and thedepartment of cfn are illegal and do not provide proper cfn number(not going to get into that one)

the irs does not have direct authority and jurisdiction over the majority of the states.

update: the cfn# is a number issued by the OMB: office of management and business. if you check the site out above I think there is a court ruling that verifies this data and that it's illegal. in fact the supreme court ruling sent the defendant walking and the omb and doj department of justice begging the court to throw it out immediately and let him walk since it would become full public knowledge and could cause a serious uprising. just imagine if every citizen had actualy supreme court proof that it' a farse!!!!!

you would have to define common society. again; without anyone researching, reading, studying the facts of these tax issues etc; the only input people will provide is debate as to their feelings and opinions. mine are based on those to but backed by knowledge.

p.s. Everyone who files an income tax has committed income tax evasion" think about it...do you fill in those fancy lines for deductions and a reduction in tax, write offs etc. Those are all means to avoid paying tax (or more than they think is right)

This is one reason I am a huge advocate of DIRECT DEMOCRACY as opposed to the representative system. I believe its the only way for the power to rest in the peoples hands. I believe with the technology available today that a form of direct democracy would be possible.
