i found out tonight how important your family is. my brother was shot at about 10:00pm and almost didn't make the 10 or 12 mile medivac flight to the hospital. he was shot with a 9mm in the stomach and the bullet did some severe damage. i mean severe! he made it through the operation and i got to see him in recovery but of course he is out of it with all the morphine going through him. he's tough as nails and he'll make it. just like most people i think i'm to busy with my own shit to make the time for my family but thats a bunch of b.s.. life is short, make time for your family everybody because something like this could happen to anyone. they got the coward that shot him and he better pray he doesn't make bail.

Why, so you can go and put his family through the same shit he just put you through? Seems a bit hypocritical to me even though he probably deserves it. On the other hand, glad your bro is gonna be alright.

I definitely agree about family being very important, very sorry about your bro.... glad to hear though that he's gonna be ok... I'd be thinking the same thing as you about that ass getting bail.... just try to keep your hands clean on this... karma will get him for sure...

yeah man, what goes around comes around. my dad got shot in 1998 twice, the lads who done it are both ****ed up now lol. one has no leg and the other is in prison. dont know if its related to my dad but its a good case of karma

i'm happy to report that he is doing well and recovering but he's still in the hospital but hopefully will get out in the next couple of days. the bullet went in near his belly button went through his intestines then shatterd his pelvic bone and the bullet went down his leg a bit and is near a nerve and they cannot remove it. a week ago he couldn't even move his right leg and now he can get up and walk around a little. they had to remove about a foot of his intestine because of the damage. he's extremely tough and in good spirits considering what happened. even though he'll never be the same because of the damage to his leg i'm just happy he's still alive and it's a shame it took something like this to bring us close but it's been nice to be around him again.
