#1 Training song
Alright I need atleast 2 tracks on this one and when it's time to blast off on a dangerous level in the gym to get crazy pumped for a sick workout i'll start off with Saliva's "Raise up" and then Hatebreed's "I will be heard".And then i'm completly isolated in a state of mind I like to call the danger zone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!No eye contact no conversation just focus on a dangerous level, fuk yeah boy.
Yo if you never heard "Raise up" from the band Saliva it's a must
What song or two song's do you guy's like to blast off with?

Yes, In Flames is the shiznit and the Quiet Place is def a kickass track!!! But the top 2 songs to get me pumped for something extreme like some heavy deads or squats, let me think here. Ok, the Terminator theme song, it makes me feel like some type of machine. Also, the battle theme from Conan the Barbarian. I also like the battle song "O' Fortuna" by Carl Orff , or some of the tracks off Braveheart. Hell, I even have the ****ing freedom speech that he gives right before the song,hahahhaha. Oh yeah, there is also a good song on Lord of the Rings 2 towers that I like too. I like all that barbarian type shit, makes me feel like I need to get big and go bash someones ****ing head in w/ an axe over at the Wal-mart!!!

Politics man. Politics..
wtf I like audioslave!
Chris Cornell has one of the best voices around!
Although I liked Rage alot better, I still like Audioslave.
How can you not appreciate what Tom Morello does on the guitar?
Do you like Rage Stacked?

personally i don't think alot of really hard music is very high energy music if that makes sense- like i don't get pumped up by listening to emperor, whereas something cheesier like within temptation i like better for motivation.

Chevelle = The Red
Disturbed = About any song really
I personally like a little hardcore rap like 50 cent sometimes to get the blood flowing.
One of my partners plays like...Celine Dion or Micheal Boulton
I guess I can sort of see where that would piss you off?

I usually have my Ipod set for every Metallica song on there. I just let it play all the way through every song (if im at the gym that long). Metallica is the best to listen to during a workout!!
