    Living wills, i don't want to live like this any more.. please post your opinion

    Last night, my wife and I were sitting in the living room, and, I said to her, "I never want to live in a vegetative state, dependent upon some
    machine, and fluids from a bottle. If that ever happens, just pull the plug"
    She got up, unplugged the TV, and, threw out my beer.

    I've got one (a living will) and I have also made clear that I am to be shot if I ever get into such a state.

    I've had a living will since i was 14. relatively cheap and it will make sure I am not made to live in a comprimised state.

    A living will is useless if you're under 18 (in the states anyway) unless you have been emancipated. I hope you didn't have to pay an attorney to draft one up. If you signed it when you were 14, its not even valid now that you have reached the age of majority.
