I personally never drink the stuff. But I will have gatorade after a workout somtimes. I dont use dextrose or whey...so this is kinda my sub-in for dex and really makes me feel good.
I mean I know this sounds like a commercial for gatorade but I honestly feel a difference when I do or dont take it.
Honestly I think as long as you take in enough good stuff (adequate protein, vitamins, minerals,etc) that any extra so called "unclean" calories is no big deal at all and should be whole heartedly enjoyed.

Don't abuse the fact that you are not "cleaning" bulking because keep in mind that the more junk you eat the harder it will be to go back to eating clean. Think about the future!![]()
in my opinion you dont do a dirty bulk for too long anyway, but when you do enjoy it..
what i mean by dirty is i am bumping my cals to 4500-5000 with some home made hamburger turkey burger, chili. I was getting a clean 3500 with oats chicken tuna rice potatos. i am just incorporating this to add some poundage. i am not sure why the scale wasnt moving, i was on test prop jump start for the first couple of weeks with 3500 but now its moving, with just the test e and 4k-5k

I dont think it will hurt ya to have a soda here and there but i wouldnt make it a habit. I never drink pop anymore, not even diet.
