    Slept for 18 hrs!!! Bahhh

    yes yes I slept for 18 hrs!! wtf is wrong with me? I feel like a lazy fukkk

    My back hurts all a sudden and I assume this is from sleeping so much?

    I usually sleep from 10-12 hrs which I know is horrible and that you need 7-8hrs of sleep but wow 18 hrs is my new world record. I got to change my damn sleeping schedule

    mehh anywho was bored so had to spread the word yaah hurrd?

    ehhh Ive slept longer....

    I slept for 23 hrs once....and a few days ago I was up for 4 days straight...no sleeping just working, working out and still alive....

    There is no such thing as you need 8-9 hrs, you need to sleep until you feel refreshed wether thats 5 or 15 hrs.

    The thing that sucks is that I slept through my day off work

    I'm gonna put my alarm clock ringer on veryyyyy loud from now on. I hate sleeping for so long.

    my back hurrrrrrrrts biatch

    P.S time to play some video games muahahah

    I know I do night shifts riight now but I got to change my body sleeping routine soon as I will be doing construction in 2 weeks and will be doing 9am-5pm shifts so I MUST WAKE MY ASS UP!!

    night shifts makes me damn lazy

    I couldnt work out, I was tired, sleep deprived, under-fed but I said fvck it Im not dead Im just tired and then I worked out...most tiring workouts but I got em done.

    i cant remember my record.. but every night i try to get9/10 hours if i get 6-8 i usually feel energy drained and like a brainless zombie lol

    one day i woke up 10am stayed up till like 12midday the next day.. and i only slept like 5 hours and was charged to go to the gym at 5pm that day strange.. but i usually need 9 hours

    Over sleeping and playing video games ! sounds like you are explaining me

    I tried putting my alarm clock on the other side of the room but this is what happens.

    1) ALARM sounds
    2) I just open my eyes and stare at the clock for a half hour while it goes off.
    3) Other people in the house start yelling at me using select words
    4) I get out of bed, turn the alarm off and get right back in bed for "just one more min."
    5) 3 hrs later i get up

    I know I know tell me about it bro. I been workign night shifts for over a year now and will have to begin working 9am-5pm hours and boy is it going to be hard but i gotta go to bed early and wake my ass up early!

    God i thought i was bad. I slept for far too long Friday night/Saturday morning for 15 hours.

    With that amount of sleep though you feel brain dead and have a whooping headache.

    There's a happy medium. If i have less than 8 hours i feel tired but if i have more than 12 am always braindead, lol.

    Ive done that before too. Ive just been so tired before that i pass out and wake up like a full day later and realize that i just slept for a really long time.

    18 hrs?? i could never do that. u must feel like shit. the most i sleep is maybe 10 hrs but thats when im really tired.. u gotta kick this bad habit, cant be healthy.

    i slept for exactly 18 hours myself one time

    we went to cancun a while back. you ever try going to sleep the night before going to cancun? ha, impossible. and the flight was at 6 in the morning.

    was on the beach by noon, so i thought id come in and take a nap at 3. only i didnt wake up until 9 the next morning

    I went without sleep for 4 straight days and I was just exhausted. My doctor gave me some Seroquel to finally get me to sleep. I took two of them and prayed that that night I could sleep. I fell asleep early, about 8:30 pm and when I finally awoke it was 8 o'clock. I thought how weird it was that the sun wasn't out yet but then I realized that I had just slept 12 hours, had missed work and it was nightime of the NEXT DAY!

    glad you posted this shit, i need 10 hours min EVERY DAY. Plus i know i go into sleep deprivation mode once classes start so might as well milk it while i can..

    Yes it seems like 8-9 is the best average for sleeping out there. You dont get under or over sleep this way give it a shot guys although everyones body is different I guess so mehh
