well i usually do an hour cardio everyday on the treadmill but my g/f has been bothering me to do it with her for ever...so i did it last week and i loved it..i left the room dripping...i think am going to start doing it for a few weeks as a change in my routine...Also a bb friend told me it burns about 1000caloris an hour give or take...what you guy's think...any1 else tried spinning?
