geez could be an abundance of reasons.

did you checked ypur TSH levels?
do you ingest enough *****-3 fatty acids?
do you ingest enough saturated fat?
do you take a balanced multi.vitamin?
    do you get enough sunlight?
did you check your test levels?
list goes on...and on... and on...

Experienced this very same thing a year ago. I had a doctor tell me that I had simply lost my momentum. I think we all go through periods of time where we're either mentally, physically, or emotionally drained, but we may not know it. I've heard that this can often be a result of one doing the very same things, day in and day out. Sounds like you may need something to rejuvenate your life a bit.

    Get some bloodwork done numnuts.

I bet you have low testosterone which is making you feel sluggish.

    I'm the same way.

It could be anything mentioned above.

It could also be the type of sleep you are getting. Do you leave the TV on while you sleep? Im not a sleep expert or anything,m but I saw a special on sleep dissorders, and many people who got plenty of sleep were dead ass tired all the time because of the amount (or lack of) REM sleep.

I'm not exactly sure which is ideal, but it might be worth researching.

I tried wearing one of those masks before because my stupid fiancee likes to leave the scifi channel on all night long and I need total darkness to sleep well. Not to mention the f***ed up dreams I have listening to that crap while I'm trying to sleep.

Sleep apnea?? Have you introduced anything new to your diet? Or changed the times you take your supplements? Depression can certainly cause this. I'd see a MD and good luck.
