Yo I'm moving to Japan, wonder if Q can lend me one of those "become japanese" kits with the lil fake eyelids he lent james bond. I'd kick Mr Japans ass.

Actually, I enjoy watching Asian people bodybuild. Most of them are dealt a shit hand for genetics and when you see one trying to get big its pretty cool. I guess bodybuilding over in Asia is bigger than I thought

he has severe bigorexia so he doesn't think he is that big! I've been trying to get him to do a bodybuilding competition with me but he keeps telling me he's not ready. He has amazing genetics, because he has perferctly full biceps starting at the middle of the elbow, perfect quad sweep... his back looks damn near as good as Carlos'. if i can get him to take some pics i will post them. when I'm with him i can't help but think how many guys are there in the world with amazing bodybuilding genetics who just don't realize it?

I find this hard to believe. If it is true tho please get him into bodybuilding and competing. As he is bigger than me considering height/weight and bodyfat% and also is all natural. In fact he may even be bigger than Carlos. This is why I find it hard to believe being natural and 19 years old. So it its true he may have the best genetics ever to this date on Earth...get him into comps asap.

so the asians having bad gentics myth is inaccurate...

so i assume they have huge dongs to now....(bad joke i know)

the only asians i've associated with and ever seen in real life were all small and skinny or small and chubby... never seen a bodybuilder asian but then again i live in miami which is 99% CUBAN or south american!

When my best friend (a guy from thailand) used to workout with me back when we where 15-16 he was ****ing huge for his age. His quads where out of this world and he had awsome chest and traps.
The little ****er benched 95kg(210ibs) at a bodyweight of around 130-140ibs when he was 17. But he didnt have the will to continue unfortunaly.

Asian duds always seems to have awsome quads. Whats upp with that? Like arabs always seem to have awsome abs. We white boys are just uggly and smooth.

Don't feel bad. At least you don't have "black people" calves...

I hate my calves... They are big but they are also high so it looks stupid IMO.

I didn't look very hard, but this is the only article I can find about "black people" calves. It is true in my experience that black men's calves start higher up on the leg than white men's. This makes "black people" calves better for sprinting and white people calves better for... something i guess

I'm referring to the over all look not so much function. I think anyone can have calves as long as you train them hard enough or hit them to respond. Some take light weight high reps and some low heavy. My calves respond to low & heavy. I calve raise 720 pds 10 -12 reps on the leg press.
