i have a story, similar concept, very effective, and its not dangerous to your health. a few weeks ago i worked out, and had a really poor workout, i was completely unmotovated. well when i got home, i simply took my dog, and jerked him off in my mouth as a punishment for not working out hard. i was so disgusted by this that my next 20 workouts where like ronnie coleman on CRACK, needless to say i put on 40lbs of PURE muscle, and the extra little protein sparky gives me every now and then has really packed on those last lbs i really needed. its an ancient technique that not many people know and i suggest doing it if you are seriousl about weighlifting/getting in awsome shape.
