Get off work when the sun comes up?

Whenever I get off work because I get off when the sun comes up I can only sleep 4hours if I'm lucky anyone else have this problem? where's my third shifters

Yeah i know what ya mean. I dont work that late but i have before and if i get home when its already daylight outside i wont fall asleep.

Same here i was on nightshift for a while and it sucked same thing happened to me

I love the hours i have now (7am-5pm mon-fri). The day usually goes by pretty quick.
