Am I Really Too Old?
Question for all you gentleman out there!
There's a group of us sport riders....and, one in particular who I think is quite attractive; but never thought about pursuing.
I find out he thinks I'm attractive as well...and was going to ask me out.
Than he found out my age....I'm 31. He's 23.
Now he says he can't get over the age difference!
Give me some thoughts here.....is it really that big of a deal? Guaranteed if the situation was reversed this wouldn't be an issue.
I would never go out with him now. If a guy is really attracted and is interested....he'd ask no matter what. I certainly wouldn't let age deter from getting in the way of knowing someone...as cool as (what I think) I am!
But, what are your thoughts...would any of you have a problem with the age difference? I don't think I look my age....but now after he said that..phuck do I feel old!Someone's Little Pumpkie

Wowww that is strange. Maybe he is gay because I am about the same age and I would love to hook up with 31 year old woman. Always wanted to hook up with an older girl.

older (to me) women are hott as he!! ..... thats just crazy... I wish i was 23 b/c I'd be all over that. I'm 35 & I mostly go out with older women..although I throw in the 21 yr old bank teller every week or so

not gay. it would be awkward if he were to persue you just to sleep with you and end the "relationship" since you have the same friends. so atleast he has respect in that regard. maybe he cant see a future with someone 8 years older then him. i personally think he is crazy looking at your pics.

I've always dated younger men.. never ahd an issue regarding my age.
I prefer 5 yrs over 8 years differenvce - alot of 23 yr olds are not mautre enough for a 30 year old womne - IMO - (I'm 30 myself)

it is the immaturity factor, 23 year olds are idiots, hell, i was when i was 23!!! i was a grade "A" fckn jerk!!! it took me until i was about 25 to wise up. if this guy is hung up on something so dumb as age(which makes NO difference,it is all relative in the first place) he isnt worth the aggrevation, if you told me you were 40yold, and you looked the way you do now, i would have no problem with that at all! you are a very good looking girl, i doubt you will have trouble finding another "beau" to replace this fool. his loss. if i was a single canadian, i would be all over you like the color white on rice. i am sure there are alot of other men who feel the same way
