    I'm at a new golds, there isn't really anyone there that I like to train with... it's about 40mins from my house so I don't really know many people in there but yeah I train where most of the guys train I just do my own thing.

    I do squats in ladies golds section though

    other than that the facility is state of the art, they have a cardio cinema which is a full on movie theater that has cardio equipment in it.

    Walls filled with plasma screens that you can use your head phones to dial into any channel, it's insane all of the crap they have
