alright so im tired of spending $76 a month on nextel for the passed 5 or 6 years...so i go onto verizon's family shared plan with my mother and sister..i think im paying like $30-40 a month or somthing now big difference.

anyway so i buy that chocolate piece of shit phone they have and maybe 45min-1hr later the fvcking screen fvcks up.."oh well maybe it glitched out" i said. then it started to happen more and more until now even taking the battery out doesn fix it. it still gets calls but wtf

and now i cant even go by myself and fix it i gotta get my mother cause its under her account...GRRRR

just go in, take the papers with you say your comming in for your mum and that the phone is faulty .

cause they make alot of dodgy phones these days, imo anyway.

They gave me a bad phone too. I guess it was a return because there were like 20 names and phone numbers already programmed into the phone.

I went to return the phone to verizon and they insisted it was a brand new phone.

I told them no way.

These phones don't come pre-programmed with your family and friends names and numbers already in them (names like Mom, Dad, Mary, Joe, etc). It would be nice, but I don't see how that's possible. I also said that I could call the number marked "Home" and probably talk to the previous owner of the phone.

They apologized and gave me a new phone immediately.

i got a loner phone once and the guy that had it before me was into some freaky stuff...he didnt delete his text's before he handed it back, and that dude has problems....alsways always reset your phone before you give it to a dealer to look at...

and if your cell bill is $320 what the hell do you do? for about $150-200 a month you can have unlimited everything just about...your getting robbed

That's the thing with Verizon. They have all the cool new shit first, but being the first means dealing with all the glitches associated with the new technology...

I was actually going to get the chocolate verizon. I used to have verizon and then switched to cingular, and that was the worst move ever....cingular sucks big balls. I just recently went back to verizon and i'm happy now, personally i think verizon is the best.

yeah well in new york you cant beat verizon...i read they even own all of the telephone poles on long isand..and rent to cable and everyone else...so im sure they have towers EVERYWHERE so far i havent not had service
