Pay close attention to the part where he first talks about his infection. The part when he talks about dropping needles on the floor, then picking them up and blowing them off and using them. He stutters, and gets uptight acting, "And....when......when I got the infection.... lying ****er knew it was nothing but synthol that gave him that infection, dead give away by how he tells the story.

i was thinking the exact same thing, they didnt mention what exactly made him look like a mutant, they just labeled it as steroids . thats why AAS has the bad rep that it does, they show biased programs and people come to the conclusion that oh its on tlc so it has to be true
