Take her on a cruise or a trip somewhere, you can't go wrong with that and some flowers.

If you need any help with jewelry, that's what I do (body jewelry) and I can tell you what is reasonable to pay and the mark up, etc.
I know some others I have seen post are in the high end jewelry business, they may be able to help too. It's easy to get ripped on jewelry without mark up rates.

I got my GF an Ipod, and she loves it. How about a digital camera? Hot air ballon ride? Sky diving, horse back riding lesson?
Alittle vacation could be nice. Take her somewhere out of town.

Well,
i mostly present things we can expierence together... a short vacation, a musical.. i think it means more to her than material things (even though they are good from time to time) beacause after we have done something special together it connects us i some kind of way. Moreover i still haven't forgot any of those no-material gifts i got from her or she got from me, but i can hardly recall some of the more material gifts of the past..

Just go to Walgreens and fill up a basket full of nice little things you see.
Trust me she'll like!

#23 from 25 ways to impress your girl.
23. Remember her birthday but don't get her something. Teach her material objects aren't important. The only thing that's important is that she keeps you happy. And your happiness is the greatest present she can ever get.

You can never go wrong with Tiffanys. I swear that little blue box is magic, and if you look there's something for every price range.
