    Might get blasted by everyone for this but...

    I Resume school next week.. Its going to be a busy term, with school and maintaining my internship (20 hrs a week) and the gym ( First competition next year)... The boss I have is really cool so I have this week off, to relax andim going away with the girlfriend this weekend.... I have been off since last friday and I have been to the gym.. ONCE.. And to be honest I dont feel guilty.. for this week I am living like a "normal" person, not caring what I eat, not having a particular diet, and if I dont make it into the gym im not sweating it... And im having a few drinks... Honestly its nice, people dont understand the dedication it takes especially for ppl like Nark and Carlos etc.. Anywayz.. im enjoying the week not as a bodybuilder,but as a lazy bastard whooooooooooooooooo

    i back you 100%. wheni used to go on vactions, i used to find a gym, and not miss a day of my workout schedule and i would atch what i eat, now that i amolder, i learned, one wk off fromthe gym wont hurt you, hell alot of times it helps me heal old injurys. and fck dieting when your away. ENJOY LIFE!!!! eat, drink and be merry!!!the gym will be there when you get back from your wknd.

    Yeah, maybe through a straw...if I was in a car accident I'd hire Doc Sust to inject me 5 times daily with test, fina, IGF, and GH until I could move around enough to poke myself.
