    Gotta show this off!

    Last weekend Birmingham UK hosted the Bodypower Expo for the 3rd year running....

    Each year we get a few big names training at our gym but this year was really good....

    Jay Cutler
    Ronnie Coleman
    Haney Rambod
    Shaun Tavernier
    Frank McGrath
    G Diesel (Animal Pak)
    Rehan Jalai (Sum well know PT, Sly Stalones trainer)
