    amateur competitions

    i have been getting in great shape recently and think i am nearly ready to enter competitive bodybuiilding.....but im having troubles finding out how to get started.. i live in socal and am under 20 years old and natural....hope to compete in 7 months or more....any one of sites or places i could get the info i need?

    thanks sman...but idk that i could fnd one that i could enter...they seem to be qualifiers whereas im not lookn for that yet

    I know the ANBC is not just qualifiers, that is the only sites I could find quickly for yoiu.

    Not sure if ANBC does west coast,but I thoiught they did. That is what my first Natural contest was so I know they do all levels of comps.

    You can compete NPC. Just so you know NPC shows are none tested so most *I can't say all* guys who compete NPC are not natural.

    carlos do you know if the contests are annual and stay during the same months? as in those contests occur in 2007 also?

    Yes, and no. Some of the bigger show are annual. You would have to check the NPC site towards the end of the year for the 2007 schedule. Or even better, contact them directly and ask.
