I'm trying to find the old Transformer, Thundercats, GI Joe, Silverhawks and He-Man episodes. I really want my sons to be able to watch them, too. I absolutely hate this Power Ranger drivel that is on TV now. Gawd...

I had a toy called "big trac" which you programmed to make various different turns and moves. It had a little trailer and I use to try and programme it to take my nan a cup of tea. It always crashed into a wall though.

And if you were working out in the '80's...
1. Striped spandex work-out shorts (The stripes in the front were on an angle so they'd "make your quads look wider!) Laugh about them now, but you know you wore them.
2. Everyone in the gym still wore a weight belt. I think I'm one of perhaps five serious guys in my gym who still wear a belt. Is this considered a "retro" fashion item?
3. Gyms that played Heavy-Metal music over the sound system.
4. Chalk.
5. No women, except maybe the owner's girlfriend.
6. No televisions.
7. "Hot Stuff", "Gorilla Heat", "Animal Packs", etc. The gym made more money off of drinks and shakes than they did from membership dues.
8. $25.00 per month membership dues.
9. Big, baggy gym pants ("Baggies") in outrageous paterns: barbed wire, snakeskin, american flag, skulls & crossbones, etc.
10. And last, but not least, STEROIDS EVERYWHERE!
Ahhhhh... The 80's.

I remember all of those. We used to push the sleves up on all out shirts, Miami Vice style.
