This can happen to any cop, at any time:

i think they are saying, was it necessary for him to be shot in the head?

who cares, he pulled a gun on a cop, and shot.
there it is, lethal force can be used. some people who disagree might choose to wait until the next bullet hits...

I think we all know it was necessary.
The only time a cop can use lethal force is if his or some other persons life is in danger. In this case the cop had a bullet shot inches from his head and the gunman still had possesion of his firearm. Also keep in mind that the cop had no escape.

What does "juicing" have to do with that and why specifically for cops?
Anyone can try to shoot anyone.

HE DIDNT DESERVE TO DIE??? what kind of RUBBISH is that?
That piece of crap deserved it 10 times over. If you try and SHOOT A COP, you are going to get what is coming to you.
What a bunch of bs.

No you simple-minded people. There was a discussion before about whether cops should be allowed to us AAS on the job. Some say no because the drug is illegal others say yes because they risk their lives with nuts like this all the time. If a 5'6 cop is trying to overpower a 6'2 230lbs suspect and is all alone chances are the outcome is not going to be too nice for the cop. With the aid of AAS maybe that 5'6 cop would have had a better chance at saving his lift.
I apologize for whoever didn’t see that older post

Maybe the smaller cop should take into consideration that he will have to face things like this before applying. Steroids don't make you tough unfortuantely. I cant say I care if they do steroids or not though either.

Unfortunately AAS won't help you "WIN" a fight, they might help you escape and live. Police train for situations and learn from the unfortunate losses of other officers. If a cop dies they usually make a tactical mistake not always but usually.

they should shot each other, the kid in the head and the cop in the nut sack.

what does juice have to do with that?
but yes the cop had no choice but too shoot him.
if he had it over again . maybe might have shot him in ass, thigh, maybe shoulder.
but i dont think the cop is in the wrong he did the right thing.
