yes its the real deal......looks easy, they arent. the guy running the course just wasnt motivated. there are ways of making courses harder...ie: a force march or run to it...wearing equipment...getting smoked before the obstacle. USMC 74-78

Being an marine and out for 15 years the course looks fimiliar however the Marine runnning would get his a=s kicked if he went that slow during training. I alot of fun but most bodybuilders would have a hard time since its made for thin, fast and slightly muscular men.

I can't see the video since YouTube is blocked by my admin guys but I am too familiar with the course. There is the o-coure and then the other one where you have to scale builings, jump from too high pedestals, the a-frame, repeling with a knot you tie - better listen up! Pfft...)... if your scared of heights, the drill instructors get you past that issue - quickly.

My hands got bloody a few times in boot camp swinging over the bar... don't even think about complaining to the Drill Instructor about f'ed up hands/grip - just get your ass over the bar! And careful coming down the rope, if you slide you'll surely f' up your hands...

It's getting through it and up the rope fast that is difficult... if the guy in the video is taking his time, then yeah...

For the rope his technique was right, but way too slow.

Deff couldve seen improvement in his technique in the rest of the course and preformance wise BIG TIME.

Looks like fun though, not hard at all, I love rope climbing and heights and challenges, maybe that's why

I wouldnt say the guys performance was poor. I think he was just running thru it slowly so the camera could follow him. I mean he did some pretty cool looking sh!t to me.....dont get me wrong, I'd still whoop his ass
