I have the same thing. It's called a Kyphotic curve in your spine. If you're like me, you tend to hunch, and your shoulders are rounded forward.

My chiro reccomends hanging from a bar a couple of minutes everyday (gravity will help strectch your spine and delts, and REALLY work your middle back and read delts to help pull the spine back.

Of course, tons of a**ominal and lower back work goes without saying. The above may not correct it, buit it will keep it from getting worse and may help correct it a little bit.

    Good luck my Arab friend.

also, chiropractic bio physics.only certain doctors practice this, it involves traction in the mirror image position. works very well. also neuro muscular education, stretching and working out muscle imbalances will help

I had that when I trained chest and never hit back. My shoulders slumped forward. When I balanced out chest/back training they started to look normal..

i have a simliar problem, and have been to chiros and orthoped doctors..

my ortho doc gave me all the stretches that the chiro gave me, and then suggested that i not life anything heavy above my head to help my back..

i do the stretches, but i never stopped w the heavy weight...i still get back pain pretty frequently, and rely heavily on massages, hot tubs, hot showers, and anti-inflams
