    Abb videos

    any know of any good abb workout videos?

    i know it sounds gay but i like doing abbs on nonworkout days or early in the morning

    i also like doing my abs seperate from my workouts, just put a cd in while your doing them.

    or you could pay 30$ for a video of an "expert" showing you some amazing new way to get ripped abs in 7days regardless of your bodyfat level.
