Help me out guys
It's been 31 days back on my diet and I havn't cheated yet no carb up days either,I want something sweet but safe,I was thinking maybe some low fat cottage cheese with couple tbs of low sugar perserves but I wanna feel full so I was thinking like the 1 lb of cottage cheese cup is this too much?Give me some safe cheat ideas bro's
I know I know wrong forum but I want a quick response you know what I'm saying

do a carb up day...throw in splenda to sweeten oats or do yams. I had one yesterday and I feel great today, look much fuller!!

cottage cheese would be fine, don't go over maintenance cals and keep fat low as possible.
