Lunge All Day
What if, ev1, everywhere, replaced walking with doing lunges.
Has anyone ever tried it?
I think I might.

I think after 100 or so, after you start sweating in your day clothes and after people start staring you'll be like this sucks and quit.

how about do lunges and then every 10 yards do 5 pushups..should be a good workout
