Need help in writting a lettle to my boss...C'mon bruthas!!

Ok here is the deal...I m going out of town next tuesday and I asked day off from tuesday to friday...My boss said yes just type a request letter and that it...How can I start a letter like this.......

I hate english......I'm not good at writting essays and shit...

I worked there for 4+ years

I quit last october so I'm waiting for my vacation.

I'm entitle for vacation next january

yes, going to meet my girl in canada...

i suck at writing. But PM CSAR ( he is like prof in english lit or something like that)
