    chicken breast

    how many grams of fat does a boneless chicken breast have, i thought it has less than 2 but according to the government it has 3per 1/2 a breast

    do you read the back of the packaging or the usda nutritional facts

    I looked it up and one breast =3g skinned and boneless and raw.

    no on calorie king and in a nutrition handbook i have.

    cool so 3 g per 1 chicken breast depending on the size
