    WHat kind of shoes do u guys wear??

    To the gym

    I have looked in many places in many fitness storesand the like and icannot find official 'squat shoes'

    i know the ideal shoe to squat would be a flat shoe (so there is less tendancy to go on toes) which gives ankle support unfortunately i cannot find something like that except for skater shoes... except those dont have any ankle support.

    what kind of shoes do u guys wear??

    i wouldnt suggest tennis shoes, big rollover risk. ive seen it happen and it aint pretty.

    i get olympic weightlifting shoes. If you want a more pure "squat shoe" check out the squat boots that Inzer has.
