Success without STEROIDs
Haha ok well i joined this website weighing in at about 135. Wanted to take steroids but decided not to after everyone on this website talking me out of it adn just to lift and eat. I have been eating and lifting pretty hard for about 1.5 months and i am up to 150. I know im still very skinny but 15 pounds is a pretty big Jump for me! Im super excited. I figure ill wait till im atleast 175-180 to consider steroids

Well my advice would be, if you are doing so well without it, and if you have put on 15 quality lbs in only 1 and a half months, why consider at 185?? Whats to say you cant be 205 naturally? you prolly could if you are putting weight on so easily, especially quality lbs...Remember AAS is to push you beyond your genetic potential, not help you reach it...The guys who juice, or the ones who do it properly, do it because they can't make gains otherwise, they have permanately plateued, I'm sure if you asked them they would tell you that if they could still make quality gains without it they wouldn't be doing it, but they can't, they would kill to have what you have gonig for u, save them a hell of a lot of money, time, and risk...Don't consider until you have done ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING you could do naturally to make gains...Keep going, it appears nothing is going to stop you at this point!!!!!

Congrats Justin! I was right there with you about 3-4 years ago. I was weighing in at about 135lbs back in 2002 and I'm now weighing right around 173lbs. When you're a natty, it's IMPERATIVE to continue to work harder than you did the week before. That doesn't always mean that you have to work longer, though. Continue to mix it up pertaining to number of sets, weight, and the pace at which you perform your exercises/movements. Keep the body guessing, bro!
Congrats once again!

Try that noxplode stack they show in the mags.
Remember to keep leafy dark greens in the diet. Keeps your gut clear. Eat 8 small meals a day so you don't get big in the middle. I just read that Tony Freeman gets colonics several times a year to keep his tiny waist along with eating many smaller meals instead of fewer big ones.
I'm seriously considering getting colonics done every three months now. My gut feels distended.

i think the best thing i learned is leave the ego at the door. Put the right amount of weight to work the desired muscle and not use other muscles to help throw up more weight
