Man I got to get this off my chest. I usually don't feel like this but AAA insurance is driving me insane. I went to dinner with some friends when I got out someone had broken my driver rear window and tried to do the same with the front winshield but couldn't brake it. I called the police non-emergency number twice before they got there 40 minutes later to get a police report. After that all hell broke loose. Its been 2 weeks now and AAA just called me today to say that they wouldn't pay for the factory BMW glass. They will only cover $880 dollars. It's like what the ****! What does full coverege mean then? Doesn't that cover anything gets damaged in the car? They said no. So I told her " Where the **** will I find those pieces of glass for a 2003 745i BMW here and installion for that price.
I mean it took them two weeks to figure it out and I'm paying $1500 dollars a year and a $500 deductable for what. So they won't cover shit on the car. I'm just pissed and stressed that now I might have to pay more money out of my pocket to get this shit fixed.

no matter what insurance company you are with or what coverage you have it wont matter too much in the end. they are all over priced, and you will get screwed. hope you find out who did it, so you can get some personal satisfaction at least.

You should ask them for an authorised AAA shop you can use. Tey should fix it for what AAA quoted minus the $500

Take the F--ers to small claims court. They will have to hire a local lawyer
at a couple hundred an hour. At the same time file an appeal to the insurance company. They will settle.

yeah it really sucks. They told they would give me a rental car and never did. I've been trying to get an answer for two weeks and then they say no. That they will pay for $880 dollars and use a different glass.

my car got vandalized @ yankee stadium last week to the tune of 1300 bux. next morn - went to GEICO drive in claims & left w a check for 800$ to repar the damage @ the body shop of my choice... I have to pay the 500$ deductible.it totally sucks that my g35 got kicked 3x by some jerkoff but I cant complain about geico..
