When you say you have been training hard for 2 months do you mean the last 2 months of training have been particularly hard or you have only been training for 2 months? Please clarify.

Also let us know a little about your program (how ofter, how long are your sessions etc) and your diet. These could be major factors and we may be able to give you some helpful hints. Also how old are you? Hieght, wieght and goals.

we ve been lifting for a while but we play college football now and the strength coach set us up on a lifting sprinting program 5 days a week. two weeks sets of 10 two weeks sets of 5 and one week sets of 3. We lift weigts for two hours(half hour for stretching) and sprint for 30-45min m/w/f. we eat Tuna, Turkey burgers, protein shakes, and chicken breasts. get about 250 grams of protein a day. I am 6 1"
210 lbs. its just been the last week our lifts have slowed and I feel tired and worn out. were thinking taking two lifting days Thurs. Fri. and then the weekend. off but were on a cycle and we want to get the most out of it (Sus 250 twice a week) two weeks in. We have nt missed a lifting day once since we got here.

also the strength coach will be changing our workout in two weeks. Any help would be appriciated.

Thanks for the info bro. Are you running anything with the sust? One thing about sust is it can make you feel run down...almost flu like symptoms. Just work through it. Try to get a few more starchy carbs in your diet for energy (brown rice, wheat pasta, yams) and since you're on cycle try to up your protein intake to at least 350g/day. Another way to boost your energy is to get a little more EFA or essential fats (olive oil, flax seed oil, un salted nuts, natural peanut butter). MCT's (medium chain tryglcerides..sp) will also improve your energy output. Just a few suggestions.

It's all about instinctive training. If you feel run, then take a few days off. You'll benefit by far more in the long run. Listen to your body.
