    this sucks

    My hand and arm was hurting in the gym to day so i went to the doc she like well it looks like tendonitis she wrap my arm up tight to gd this sucks.

    well i worked my bicepand it was in extreme pain for 2 days... thats what happens if u slack off and try to come back a weel later hard.. has nothing related to u.. but its my 2 cents
