Thread: new dumbells and bar...

    new dumbells and bar...

    i bought 2 dumbells and a bar for at home on those days i cant workout at a gym i can atleast do my arms.. very expensive in switzerland so i spent over 300usd which is prolly expensive....

    total i got 2 dumbells.
    and a bar..
    just for some basic exercises

    8 x .5 kg
    4 x 1.25 kg
    4 x 2.25 kg
    2 x 5kg *hideing somewhere*
    2 x 10kg
    2 x 20kg *havnt unpacked*

    right now i got 30kg on the bar and 15kg on each dumbells.. just for some burls and tricep work... i need to buy a few more 1.25s or 2.25s
    nothing fancey but nice having a set

    heres the stuff except the 5kgs are in the red bag


    the empty boxes still on my floor :P

    thats tight bro. i got myself some adjustable dumbell bars too. thats way better than buying fixed weight dumbells

    right now im going to the gym 3 days a week... im thinking i could do bicep and tricep work on the days between since they seam to not be gaining strength compared to all my other exercises at the gym.. i figure they can take more work then ive been giving and more weight / often.. i will see how it goes...

    Looks like mine. Funny, I bought some weight for at home, and never use them, I just go to the gym more. Hope that doesn't happen to you.

    hehe.. my body can only take 3 workouts a week.. on the upper body.. but i think it would be good to give my biceps and triceps some extra work at home.. i can do some Lats aswell since it would be esstenial
