    Well i finally did it...........

    I finally quit smoking. Its been a little over two weeks without a cig now and Im so glad I did it. I Chew every once in a while but at least my lungs are starting to heal so i can kick up my cardio a lot more.

    Be careful about the chew or snuff either one can be just as addictave as cig's.....

    Congrats. I'd try and cut the chew out too though, but this is deffinately a good start.

    Good shit bro those things are no good for you,after you get over that 3 week hump it all get's easier.I always looked at cigs as something to do with your hands when your bored.

    Congrat in the cig's but like said above DON'T use the chew as a sub. You will rot your gums and teeth in no time with that $hit. Find something else to help hold you over.

    Thanks for the support guys. I was trying to quit for a long time and it just didnt happen. I went on a fishing trip with a friend of mine a couple of weeks ago and i promised myself i wouldnt smoke at all while i was gone and i didnt. Then when i came back i just didnt wanna smoke anymore so hopefully i can keep it up.
