    Friend got pinched.

    Be careful boys and girls. Powder shipments can be done with a controlled delivery. A friend of mine is away right now due to Johnny Po Po. I just wanted to warn people to be very careful. Thats all. Have a rad night.

    Yup, it is still illegal, and they controlled delivery is not un common.

    If customs finds a big bag of white powder, I'm sure they are going to check it, and have a controlled delivery set up for who ever is awaiting that shipment.
