Surgery for gynecomastia and IFBB Pros

Somebody I know that's a doctor told me that all the IFBB pros likely undergo surgery to remove any exsisting breast tissue as well as the gland. Removal of the gland will prevent any gyno from ever coming back I think.


So I just would like to know if it's true that all the top international professional BBers get the surgery?

Most docs wont remove the gland because there is a potential for a kind of dimple to appear in your chest behind the nipple. I think the pros do it because a) they are ALWAYS taking shit, so they would need surgery all the time to keep removing the tissue and b) there body fat is usually very low when it comes time to taking off their shirts that no dimple could be noticed due to massive pecs.

how common is this if u dont take juice i heard it can be natural.. im prolly arround 15% bf now sure exactly. and i have a lil fat arround my chest.. should i go to a doctor and ask if its gyne or fat? i just thought i needed to loose some extra BF but i guess all this talk makes me wonder
