i just do my arms now and that at home.. all i got is a a bar and a dumbells so not much but it helps when ur busy and cant get to the gym

im in switzerland, because my mum working here for past 2 years.. i been here since late january, i cant live in australia i was 17 when i left, my dad was too poor to support me properly, and my mums doing well, and i cant move outta home because it will be far too hard right now. is that ok with u?
