I'm doing a Monday/Tuesday Thursday/Friday workout session, I workout each body part in my body twice a week. Well... I kinda skipped a day I think so I think it's Sunday/Monday Wednesday/Thursday, lol. Anways, It's Tuesday today and I feel freakin' great! I want to go workout but don't want to hinder my progress... Do you think it's okay to workout my legs (which is the Sunday workout)? Damnit.. I wanna workout =(
