I just got over a nice battle with depression, I got fat also. I only ate maybe once or twice a day and it was shitty food, now Im having a hell of a time getting my diet back up and running. Tai, if you're really depressed, get some help. The longer it goes, the more you seem to get "used" to being that was versus your normal self. Don't revel in it too long.....it can be seductive.

Just make some small talk to see if she is receptive. don't think about it like you are hitting on her or going to ask her out. just ask her if she likes this gym or how long has she been coming to that gym....just small talk to get a feel for her....so to speak

Think of it as a stealthy Ninja fact finding mission......that way if she doesn't talk to you , you just kill her........lolol

i have seen her, she has seen me .. we been going to same gym for over 2yrs doing cardio in the mornin lol

i got my hopes up today when i was doing me cardio and she was walking by and looks at me .. as soon as i turn to look at her.. she turns away so fast i thought she was going to break her neck... I FELT .. POSITIVE for a split second i might be able to say something BUT NOOOooOOoooO cold feet

Ok drop all the compounds in your cycle but the test. Up the test dose to 7g a week. You will have the balls to ask sooner or later.

i was depressed about having 2 shoulder surgeries. first three weeks after the first surgery i just ate whatever. only ate 4 times a day. usaualy i eat 7-8. but i was eating MORE each time. so i gained 5 lbs. gotta up the frequecncy, lessen the amount, simple. IMO depression makes you hungrier, unless its super severe,(death, divorce) then it makes you not eat, and you dont care bout nothin.

i lost 10+ lbs in 4 days when i was feeling down worst ever. i just dont understand what makes u not want to eat.. it dosnt really cross ur mind and u dont get hungry... it must be a subcontious thing
