i was depressed about having 2 shoulder surgeries. first three weeks after the first surgery i just ate whatever. only ate 4 times a day. usaualy i eat 7-8. but i was eating MORE each time. so i gained 5 lbs. gotta up the frequecncy, lessen the amount, simple. IMO depression makes you hungrier, unless its super severe,(death, divorce) then it makes you not eat, and you dont care bout nothin.

i lost 10+ lbs in 4 days when i was feeling down worst ever. i just dont understand what makes u not want to eat.. it dosnt really cross ur mind and u dont get hungry... it must be a subcontious thing
