oh man that sucks..similar situation to lidle. This is the first case of a player dying during his career since Daryll Kyle...but this was preventable

Ones that have crashed landed (like gear up or something)
And those that will !!

I just got home from the gym. One of the trainers at my gym lives in the building where the plane crashed. He was at home on the 11th flloor. He said he heard a loud boom and the buildling shook then the lights went out. He was sitting in his living room facing the window and a big ball of fire went by the window. He said he got up, no shoes no shirt and ran out of the building.
One of the people who died was a pedestrian walking down the street.Muscle Asylum Project Athlete

I live one block north and heard the plane crash. Walked outside and around the corner and I could see the smoke pouring out of the building. I have to say that I was shocked at how fast the FDNY put the fire out. There was flames pouring out and it seemed like 10 - 12 minutes and it was out, with just some smoldering smoke.

I am sure it was on fire for well more than 10 minutes but the majority of the flames were gone -- you could only see some smoke coming out.
