me its giving up, Copenhagen , get the babies room done( damn contractors).. and for the frist time Compete In a BB comp and stop being a wuss

I am going to quit dipping Skoal.....BTW I have been using snuff since the 6th grade

And I am going to compete in my first BB comp around the end of 07 or first of 08....

Stop buying gear ... that was the plan... man you cant listen to a BB if a had a nickle ever time I said that was my last cycle.... I be a rich man

Good luck with yours as well bro ... but i will say this I have tryed kicking the snuff before and It was hard .... Imy wife flips when i leave water bottles laying around ( with chew in them) But she always complaining.. and the maid cleans it any way not her

Mine would be to stick with a clean diet better, and stop eating crap. I forget my lunch at home quite alot, then need to go out and buy fast food.

Also I'd like to stick to my new training ruitine. Changed it up from a 3 day split to a 4 day, and it's hard making the time for the gym some weeks.

Move house, get my bodyfat below 10 percent and then start gear.
